The PROHEAR 016 is a PROFESSIONAL SAFETY EARMUFF. Its featured sound-dampening composite housing prevents sound from reaching your ears altogether. While you will still be able to hear something, it will be akin to turning down the volume enough to protect your hearing and make it easier on your ears. The small form factor helps to keep your muffs from getting in the way of what you are doing, making you safer.

The PROHEAR 016 offers DURABLE COMFORT. Soft foam Ear Pads provide a better experience, and the padded headband ensures a comfortable fit. The rubberized coating gives it a supreme soft-tough feeling.

The PROHEAR 016 is CERTIFIED. It has a 26dB NRR (Noise Reduction Rating), backed by the Certified Protection of ANSI S3.19-1974 (American National Standards Institute) and CE EN 352-1 (European standard). These gel ear pads can last for several years of normal use, and they are not as easily damaged as faux leather or vinyl pads. The anti-sweat gel ear pads are easy to clean; you can clean the outer surface with soapy water as necessary, but do not submerge them, as the pads have a pinhole-sized air vent on the side to allow proper functioning.
